In general, we use your personal information to respond to your request, process your order, or give you access to specific information or offers. As part of a registration, contact request etc. you can provide us with your personal information on a voluntary basis. In this context, it may be required to transmit your data to a Group company. Your data will not be transmitted to external third parties unless your request or the service/product requested by you explicitly involves such transmission. You will then be informed about this accordingly. Captured in particular are the invoicing of the contractual services, the dispatch of invoices and possibly any reminders as well as the required communication with you. The processing for contract performance and fulfilment is the legal basis for the above data processing.

Anonymisation of the IP address

We deliberately refrain from logging IP addresses in order to enable you to use our website anonymously. We will pseudonymise your IP address by a data privacy conforming method before storing it in our webserver log file. We use the pseudonymised IP addresses e.g. to detect and counteract attacks or to create web statistics.

 

Information about data processing by third parties for payment transactions

PayPal

Payments through PayPal are made directly via your PayPal account. You are forwarded to PayPal and make the payment. Your PayPal account will be debited immediately with the actual invoice amount (after deduction of any rebates, gift vouchers etc.). The contractual relationships between PayPal and its customers are exclusively based on the terms and conditions applicable to the use of PayPal. We only receive information that payment has been made.

PAYONE

Payments by direct debit and credit card are made through BS PAYONE GmbH certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your credit card data are collected and processed directly by BS PAYONE. We do not receive these data. We only receive information that payment has been made. 

 

Google Maps

On our website, we use the component "Google Maps" of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as „Google“.

Whenever the "Google Maps" component is activated and used, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. This cookie is typically not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain period unless you delete it manually before.
